Are kids invited?

Due to space constraints at our venue, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we have limited the guest list to those specifically addressed on the invitations. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you turn off your phones and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to fully enjoy this special moment with us. This also ensures that our professional photographer and videographer can capture all the ceremony without any obstructions and that everyone can enjoy an unobstructed view.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, we have a bus available to take guests from the Hampton Inn Frederick to Breaux Vineyards and back at the end of the night. The bus will leave the hotel at 3:15pm to head to the venue. At the end of the night, the bus will leave the venue at 11:00pm to head to the hotel. When you RSVP, please include whether you are interested in the bus either one way or both ways.

Is there parking available for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at Breaux Vineyards which has plenty of parking.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please be seated no later than 4:15pm. As it is a Friday afternoon, please be mindful of any Friday rush hour traffic, especially if driving up from the DC or Virginia area.

What is the suggested attire?

Answer

Semi-formal attire requested. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on grass. The reception will be indoors.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes, we will be keeping the party going back at the Hampton Inn Frederick's bar and patio, The Beacon. Refer to the "Schedule" tab for more information.

Is there anything else planned for the weekend?

Answer

Alfonso and I are grateful so many of you have traveled to see us. If you are still in town on Saturday night and would like to spend more time together, we will be relaxing in our backyard on Saturday night with anyone who wants to join. There will be food on the grill, a fire, and s'mores. Refer to the "Schedule" tab for more information.
