Welcome Gathering

5:45 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us for a very casual evening at Harpers Ferry Brewing to kick off the weekend! In addition to beer, they serve pizza, wings, soft pretzels, and more. Thursday is also Trivia Night. Trivia starts at 6:00 so arrive a little early if you want to participate. On a mountainside with beautiful sunset views over the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers. Keep an eye out for bald eagles flying by.

Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-formal attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on grass. Reception will be indoors.

Please be seated for the ceremony by 4:15. There will be bus service to and from the Hampton Inn Frederick: 3:15pm Bus leaves hotel heading to venue 11:00pm Bus leaves venue heading to hotel (join us for the after party at the hotel!)

Grill & Bonfire at Michelle & Alfonso's Home

5:30 pm - 11:45 pm

For anyone still in town on Saturday, we will be relaxing in our backyard on Saturday night with anyone who wants to join. There will be food on the grill, a fire, and s'mores.
