FAQs

The Wedding Website of Tayler Wrenae Gerken and Aleyn Edward Murray
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and celebration, we respectfully request no children at our ceremony or reception.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please see the Registry tab here on Zola if you are interested in blessing us. Thank you for thinking of us!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted when you RSVP as "Guest" or with their name. Otherwise, we can’t wait to celebrate with just you!

Question

Is there transportation between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

No formal transportation will be provided, but the venues are only about 15 minutes apart by car.

Question

What kind of wedding ceremony can we expect?

Answer

We will be celebrating the traditional Catholic nuptial mass as we begin the sacrament of holy matrimony. The ceremony will be approximately 90 minutes. The liturgy of the Eucharist (Holy Communion) will be offered to practicing Catholics in good standing. Non-Catholics are warmly welcome to remain seated during Holy Communion, or, if you wish to participate, you may come forward and simply cross your arms over your chest to receive a blessing from the priest.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be ample free parking offered for the ceremony at St. Charles Borromeo and the reception at Historic 1625 Tacoma.
