What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for seating. Please note that doors will close 5 minutes before the ceremony begins and will not reopen once the processional has started. Thank you for helping us create a seamless and uninterrupted experience.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Formal We encourage elegant attire in seasonal tones. Women are asked to wear formal dresses in soft or vibrant summer colors. The bride would prefer that women avoid black attire. Men are asked to wear a suit or tuxedo for a classic and refined look. The Bride asks that her sisters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. wear shades of green.

While we adore your little ones, this is an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows you to relax and fully enjoy the evening with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. A plus one is extended only if it is indicated on your invitation or included when you RSVP on Zola.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 5th. We are unable to accommodate late RSVPs, so we kindly ask that you respond by the deadline. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

We kindly ask that you keep phones away during the ceremony so we can share the moment together. You'll have plenty of opportunities to take photos during the reception!
