We're so excited to share our favorite KC hangouts with you!

La Bodega

703 Southwest Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64108

This is one of our favorite KC restaurants! Spanish-style tapas and to-die-for sangria. Happy hour is from 3-6 on weekdays, so if you are here earlier on Friday, this is a must-try.

Brookside Barrio

6227 Brookside Plaza, Kansas City, MO 64113

Serving Girl Alex's favorite cucumber margarita, Barrio is home to one of our favorite KC patios.

Q39 South

11051 Antioch Road, Overland Park, KS 66210

KC BBQ-need we say more? Are you dying to try Kansas City-style burnt ends? This is your place. Q39 makes our favorite burnt ends in the city!

Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que

11723 Roe Avenue, Leawood, KS 66211

Before we moved to KC, Girl Alex suggested Boy Alex partake in a blind taste test to find his favorite BBQ sauce, and Joe's Kansas City blew the others away. Not too far from the our wedding weekend activities, Joe's is the perfect place to try KC BBQ.

Jack Stack Barbecue - Overland Park

9520 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS 66212

One of many locations around KC, Jack Stack has some of the best burnt ends and baked beans that you can find around.

Boulevard Brewing Company

2501 Southwest Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64108

Kansas City's finest (and most famous) brews!

KC Bier Co Deliveries

309 West 78th Street, Kansas City, MO 64114

Our favorite stop after a long ride along the trolley trail.

Neighborhood Cafe

7531 Wornall Road, Kansas City, MO 64114

The yummiest breakfast/brunch spot. We frequent Neighborhood Cafe on Sunday mornings and love the cinnamon rolls that are served with every meal.

Mesob Restaurant & Rum Bar

3601 Broadway Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64111

A restaurant that specializes in both Caribbean and Ethiopian foods. It is absolutely delicious!

National WWI Museum and Memorial

2 Memorial Drive, Kansas City, MO 64108
, (816)888-8100

If you are at all interested in history, this is a MUST see. The National WWI Museum and Memorial houses the most comprehensive collection of WWI items in the world. As a bonus, the Memorial provides some of the pretties views of downtown Kansas City.

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art

4525 Oak Street, Kansas City, MO 64111

Have you seen that picture of giant shuttlecocks and wondered where you can find them? One of KC's most famous Art Exhibits is visible on the lawn of the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum.

Casual Animal Brewing Co

1725 McGee Street, Kansas City, MO 64108

Winstead's Restaurants

10711 Roe Avenue, Overland Park, KS 66207

Skyscraper milkshakes. Go. Now.
