Travel Note
BY CAR Many of our guests will be driving from NYC or Boston—the trip is beautiful, and both cities are under three hours away. BY AIR For anyone flying in, the closest (and easiest) airports are: Albany International Airport, NY (ALB): 50 minutes drive Bradley International Airport, CT (BDL): 1 hour, 15 minute drive Boston Logan International Airport, MA (BOS): 2 hour, 15 drive IMPORTANT TRAVEL NOTE If flying in, we strongly recommend renting a car at the airport. Taxis and rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are not reliable (or even available) within much of the Berkshires, and the costs can add up quickly. Having your own car will also make exploring the area much easier! For getting from hotel accommodations to the wedding venue, we will provide shuttle transportation between all three hotels (below) and the venue on both Friday and Saturday. If you choose not to stay at one of the three hotels, you are welcome to make your way to any of the three pick-up locations to take the shuttle, or drive to the venue yourself. Plenty of parking is available for guests with a designated driver. If you have any questions about travel logistics, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help. WHERE TO STAY We have arranged hotel blocks at three locations to accommodate everyone. We will provide shuttle transportation between all three hotels and the venue on both Friday and Saturday. Each of the three hotels have breakfast options. If you choose to book rooms at any of the three hotels but not through one of the wedding blocks (which you are welcome to do), please just reach out to let us know!

The wedding block at the Element is currently full. However, the hotel still has general rooms available at their standard rate. You are welcome to book directly through their website if you’d like to stay here. Breakfast is included in the rate.
