Yes, there is ample parking available at the Wedding Pavilion for all guests arriving by car.

Answer

For guests staying at the Grand Floridian, the Wedding Pavilion is located on the same property and is just a short walk away. For guests staying at the Contemporary, you can either take the monorail to the Grand Floridian or drive directly to the Wedding Pavilion. For all other guests, we highly recommend driving to the Wedding Pavilion for convenience and to ensure timely arrival for the ceremony.

The doors to the Wedding Pavilion will open at 4:30 pm. Please allow yourself plenty of time to park and be seated before the ceremony begins at 5:00 pm.

Guests will be escorted to the cocktail hour and reception areas following the ceremony.

Rest assured, the ceremony, nor reception, will not be held outdoors. Alexis would never do that to you! The cocktail hour will take place outside, though indoor seating will be available in case of unfavorable weather.

Yes, children are very welcome, as long as they are included on your invitation. Kindly indicate their attendance when submitting your RSVP.

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we've arranged for a professional photographer to capture these special moments. There will be an opportunity for personal photos, so please sit back, relax, and enjoy the ceremony unplugged!

The dress code for the wedding is FORMAL attire. We suggest guests wear a suit in any color or a cocktail dress (or even a nice pantsuit). We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing casual attire, such as jeans or sneakers, as we want everyone to feel their best for this special occasion. After all, when else do you get the chance to get this dressed up?

If you are invited to the rehearsal dinner, the dress code is cocktail attire. We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and/or sport coat. For women, a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates is welcome.
