What is formal/black-tie optional attire?

Answer

A formal/black-tie optional dress code gives guests a couple of formal options to choose from. Men can choose to wear a tuxedo, but can opt for a suit. Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates.

Can I book a hotel in Stowe?

Answer

We cannot guarantee the Notch Road will be open this time of year. If you book in Stowe, please be aware you may need to drive around the mountain (Approximately one hour).

Kindly RSVP by October 2nd, 2024.

WILL THERE BE AN OPTION FOR SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

Yes, when sending back the RSVPs please indicate your dietary needs.

Will the ceremony be held inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting). Please bring a coat to stay warm!

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

While there is no hotel block, there are group discounts available at the Smugglers' Notch Resort, Club Wyndham Smugglers' Notch Resort, The Lodges at Wyckoff Maple, and Sterling Ridge Resort. Please see the "Travel" page for additional details.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there is a free parking lot at the barn.

Will there be transportation provided to/from the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided to/from the wedding venue. Please note the shuttle will ONLY pick-up/drop-off guests staying at the Smugglers' Notch/Wyndham Resorts and the Wyckoff Lodges.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND?

To allow our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we’ve elected to make our wedding an adult-only affair.

There will be an open bar with plenty of selection!

WILL THERE BE NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINK OPTIONS?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to provide a variety of alcohol free beverages.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
