We shared a love for dancing so it is only natural we met at a country bar called Electric Cowboy's in Lewisville. We spent the entire night talking about life and sharing stories before we knew it the bar was closing. Parker ended up walking me to my car but never asked for my number. To say I was confused would be an understatement... The next day I got a message on Instagram and the rest is history.
One Friday after getting off of work, Parker tells me that I have 15 minutes to pack a bag and that we were going on a trip. I asked where and he said that he had won a fishing trip and we were going to Corpus Christi. After a two and a half hour delay for the flight, we finally made it. Saturday morning comes and we head out for the fishing trip. We spent the entire day laughing and catching fish together. Little did I know what he had planned for later that night. We got back to the hotel and started to get ready for what I thought was just dinner. Parker had packed a dress and laid it out for me and told me to put it on and that he would be back soon. I put on the dress and we head out for "dinner." The uber arrives and Parker tells me to put this face mask on my eyes so of course I did. By this time I knew something was happening. We get out of the uber and walk for what seemed like FOREVER. I take off the blind fold and he has pictures of us all down the beach with poems on each one. We walked down to a heart in the sand and he got down on one knee. It was by far the easiest YES ever!
