AJ Webb
Matron of Honor
Growing up, AJ and I didn't get along much at all. Today I would consider AJ one of my best friends. She's incredible! Some of our favorite things to do are watching funny videos and eating sushi together. We make each other laugh until we just about pee ourselves - it's a blast. We push each other to be our best. We love time together. Although we've not lived in the same state for the last three years, visits home and Facetime have been a precious gift as we've become even better friends. AJ is someone who cares deeply. She listens well, shares advice, and doesn't let you sit in your crap! She is real and beautiful. I love her and I can't imagine this journey without her. She champions me and lovingly pushes me.
Michael Miller
Best Man
Michael and I graduated high school together, but we hardly acknowledged each other until we both showed up for a discipleship training school at YWAM Louisville. As we grew in our relationships with the Lord we also naturally became pretty great friends. Michael has been someone that always encourages me and is never hesitant to call me up to a standard I'm not meeting. He pushes me out of my introverted comfort zone and it means more to me than I'd probably tell him. We've gone through a lot together, and he's helped me see that many things in life simply require serious conversation and good food.
Samantha Mast

I first met Sam, Hunter's sister, when she came for Hunter and I's graduation from our secondary school with YWAM. She's so sweet! I have always wanted a little sister, so she's a gift! She is strong and creative. She taught me how to get ketchup the right way at Raising Canes. I don't get to see her often due to living in different states, but I'm confident that we will have many more amazing memories together. Super excited!
Logan Webb

I first met Logan when I stayed with him and AJ in their apartment on my first trip to Iowa. He and AJ never hesitate to open their home to me on my trips there, and it's something I'll always be thankful for. Some of my favorite times in Iowa are spent playing board games with Lexi's family, and Logan's competetiveness has definitely played a part in making that something I enjoy even more. He's naturally a generous guy, and I'm excited to get to know him better in the coming years.
Katelyn Hester

Katelyn and I met when I was probably about eight or nine years old and she was in college. When I was in fifth grade she started to mentor me. We would meet every few weeks for coffee to chat, study a book together, and pray! At first I was nervous, but after years of meeting, I began to realize that we were actually friends and I loved spending time her! This girl has spent countless hours listening to me, encouraging me, and praying for me. I can remember so many times feeling down about something in life, but I always left my time with Katelyn feeling refreshed! She beams with joy and love for Jesus and her laugh is one of my favorites of anyone I’ve met!
Garrett Keith

Last December, Lexi and I went to Iowa for Christmas. On one of those days Garrett, Lexi, Lincoln and I went out to throw a football, and I started to realize a bit about Garrett. He not only enjoys football, but he's also good at it. Much better than I could ever be. I also realized that he values time with others, and he desires the best for his family. I'm excited to get to know my future brother even more in my future trips to Iowa.
Emma Steele

Where do I begin? Emma and I have been besties since we were in fifth grade. She listens SO well. She's an encourager and she has championed me in whatever mission I've undertaken whether it's been finding the best snack in Hy-vee or moving to Kentucky. We've been through lots of life together. The Lord has used Emma in my life in countless ways and I'm so thankful for the blessing she is. I could sit for hours thinking of all the memories we have together. Emma is a gentle, yet bold woman. She fights for those she loves and is diligent in all she does.
Trevor Mast

As my brother, I've known Trevor my whole life. When I left home for YWAM I noticed pretty quickly a few of the things that I missed about him. Anytime I ever had car problems, he and my dad would always be there to help out. I missed the stories he tells around the dinner table about his fishing or hunting trips. I'm thankful for the time I am able to visit home, because that's about the only time we see each other. I admire his determination when he wants to get something done. He'll spend hours working to repair something on a vehicle (I don't know cars) and it shows a dedication that I appreciate.

Leela!! WOWZERS - you're amazing!! Leela loves Jesus deeply and is so intentional to bless those around her. I can think of so many times in middle school & high school when I needed someone to talk and pray with, she was always willing to be the one to step in and encourage. Her passion for the Lord has continually challenged me. I love eating yummy food and catching up with this girl - she's a treasure!! I also love chilling and laughing with her. Oh, the memories we have!
Kevin Clark

In 2018, Kevin and I went on an outreach together to the nation of Kyrgyzstan. I'm still convinced that traveling outside the country with someone is the best way to get to know them. Kevin has a sense of humor that I wish more people would have, and it's near impossible to hold a negative attitude around him. In 2019 we completed a Bible school, followed by yet another outreach together to Fiji. Some of my favorite theological conversations have been with Kevin super early in the morning. His passion for Jesus is unlike any other I've seen and sets a great example for everyone around him.
Cassidy Stecklein

Cass and I first met on my second mission trip with YWAM in high school. Then, when I came to do my Discipleship Training School, she was my small group leader. We have become great friends since and she is someone I admire so much. She has walked with me through tons as the Lord has stretched me these last three years and I'm so thankful. Cassidy and I love walks, icecream, and games!
Caleb Myers

Caleb and I first met when we did our Discipleship Training School together in 2017. During our outreach in India we would often talk on the roof of the building we were staying in, and I feel like that's where I actually got to know him. I'm someone that loves good conversation, and Caleb is someone that I'd go to about pretty much anything. He's someone that is always listening to what the Lord is speaking, and is willing to act in obedience even when something seems impossible. I miss living so close to him, but appreciate the way he stewards our friendship from a distance.
Sarah Smith

Sarah and I were high school rivals but loved seeing each other at our volleyball games. We have never lived in the same state, but we've always made seeing each other possible somehow! Sarah loves deeply. She is genuine and passionate about Jesus. I cannot imagine the last several years of my life without her to encourage and challenge me. So thankful for all of our late-night conversations and laughs.
Collin Lee

If you need a good laugh, just look to Collin. I might often say his jokes are corny, but I'll admit I'm guilty of repeating them myself many times. Collin was my small group leader in my BSN (Bible School for the Nations), as well as a teammate on my outreach to Fiji. Anytime I had a hard time in BSN, he was always there to walk me through understanding certain topics or teachings. His heart for God's word is so clear in the way he lives his life, and he doesn't just hold it to himself. He'd probably never admit it, but he's full of wisdom that's helped me out a lot in my time knowing him.
