On Saturday, May 27th, our out of town guests are invited to join us for a welcome party at Alex's parents home in Kennett Square from 5:00PM-7:00PM. We’ll be providing BBQ and drinks!
On Sunday, May 28th, shuttles will arrive at Hotel Warner at 3:00PM and depart by 3:15PM to head to The Barn at Stoneybrooke. Please give yourself plenty of time to make the shuttle, if you plan on riding it. Guests do not need to stay at the hotel in order to ride the shuttle to or from the wedding. There is also parking available at the venue, but overnight parking is not allowed.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM, with cocktail hour and the reception to immediately follow. Please plan to arrive by 3:45PM to ensure you have plenty of time to get seated. Shuttles will leave The Barn at Stoneybrooke to head back to the Hotel Warner at 10:00PM. We'll plan to grab drinks at Barnaby’s in West Chester after.
