The Place
This is our go-to restaurant (seriously we're here about once a week) as it is only 2 blocks from where we live. Lexi recommends the dirty martini and Alex recommends the "beef on weck" which is a staple dish in Buffalo.
The Left Bank
This restaurant is another staple in our neighborhood. A little expensive but always a yummy dinner if you're looking to treat yourself.
Remedy House
Our neighborhood coffee shop which has great breakfast sandwiches and cafe drinks. They also serve alcohol if you want to pregame the celebration or dabble in a little hair of the dog on Sunday morning.
Butter Block
THE BEST PASTRIES!!!!! Get there early.
Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls is only a 30 minute ride from Buffalo. We highly recommend going to the Canada side vs the US side so don't forget your passports if you decide to add this adventure to your itinerary!
Buffalo AKG Art Museum
This is one of our favorite museums. We are members here and enjoy browsing the wonderful art on a regular basis!
Delaware Park
If you are looking to get outside and take a nice leisurely walk, Delaware Park is a beautiful place to do so. This is also where we got engaged so it is near and dear to our hearts!
Shea's Buffalo Theatre
If you have enough time to see a show, this is the spot for it! It features Broadway productions and has absolutely amazing architecture.
Funk and Fermentation
Craft wine shop. We love to support our local businesses so if you are looking to grab some wine to-go during your stay, we love the unique selection they have here.
Rosie's Handcrafted Ice Cream
The best ice cream if you're looking for a sweet treat! They serve alcohol here as well.
Second Chic
Second hand boutique featuring both men's and women's clothing.

Local gift shop with all things Buffalo.
Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers' Market
Every Saturday morning is our local farmers market where you can enjoy food, fresh juices, pastries, coffee or just walk around and enjoy the neighborhood.
Caffe Aroma
Italian café with everything you could want to drink (coffee, tea and alcoholic beverages) and chill vibes.
Talking Leaves Bookshop
One of Alex and Lexi's favorite things to do while traveling is to visit the local bookshops and if you like to do the same, we recommend this place. It's attached to Caffe Aroma (mentioned above) if you want to have a coffee while you browse the bookstore.
