We have a room block for Saturday and Sunday nights—Saturday isn’t required, but it’s highly recommended. It makes Sunday so much easier so you’re not stressed (or late!) trying to check in, get ready, and catch the shuttle. The hotel is perfectly located downtown, surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it a great little weekend getaway. Saturday rooms are limited and booking fast, so reserve ASAP if you plan to stay both nights! If you’re only checking in Sunday, please call and request early check-in now (not always guaranteed) and give yourself plenty of time to get settled before the shuttle. If you are having any issues or trouble booking please reach out to the bride or to the hotel directly. If you're planning to stay over on Saturday night and our room block at the 1620 Hotel is sold out, we've got you covered! The Holiday Inn Express Plymouth is just a quick 7-minute drive from the 1620 Hotel, where the shuttle to the venue will be departing from. This is a great nearby option if you're still looking to book accommodations. We recommend reserving early, as rooms can fill up quickly!

A complimentary shuttle will depart from the 1620 Hotel. Please plan to be in the lobby by 4:00, as the shuttle will leave promptly to ensure everyone arrives on time. Return service will also be provided after the reception, one returning bus will be at the Lakehouse at 9:00pm to leave at 9:15pm for anyone who would like to leave earlier. There will be two returning buses at 10:30 to bring the rest of the guests back to the 1620!

Timing & Travel Reminder

We kindly ask that you plan ahead to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival on our wedding day. Check-in at the 1620 hotel begins at 4:00 PM, our ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 PM, and the shuttle will depart the 1620 hotel at 4:15 PM sharp. To avoid any timing conflicts, we highly recommend staying the night before. If you plan to check in on Sunday, please request early check-in (though it cannot be guaranteed) and allow yourself plenty of time to get settled, ready, and on the shuttle.
