Question

what time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:45 PM to allow time to find your seat, explore the beautiful setting, and settle in. Please note: late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the ceremony once it begins, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in formal attire. Suits, cocktail dresses, and floor-length gowns are welcome. Think elegant, chic, and ready to dance the night away. Please no jeans or casual attire.

Question

are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

Yes—please steer clear of white, cream, and ivory. These shades are reserved for the bride, and if anyone shows up rocking them, well... let’s just say we will be judging. So, save those tones for another day and help us keep the spotlight where it belongs!

Question

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

RSVP by May 15 so we can get an accurate headcount for food and seating. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you can’t make it, but we truly hope you can be there to celebrate with us! Thanks so much for helping us plan a wonderful day.

Question

Is there transportation/parking on site?

Answer

To make getting to and from the venue easy and stress-free, we’ve arranged a complimentary shuttle service for our guests. The shuttle will pick up guests at 4:00 to leave at 4:15 sharp to ensure guests arrive early enough at the venue. Buses then will arrive at the venue at 9:00 for an earlier departure. Buses then will return at 10:30 to pick up the rest of the guests as the wedding ends and drop off from the 1620 Hotel Plymouth, where our room block is located. The shuttle will run at scheduled times to ensure everyone arrives promptly for the ceremony and has a safe ride back after the reception. Please check the shuttle schedule on the travel tab and plan accordingly. If you’re driving, parking is available at the venue.

Question

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

Those who are invited will be formally invited on your invitation.

Question

can i bring my children?

Answer

We love all of your children but we have decided to limit children to only the ones in the wedding party.

Question

can i take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). We ask our guest to be fully present as we say our "I do's". We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

Question

will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! We just ask that you please tip the bartenders—they work hard to keep the drinks flowing and the good times rolling.

Question

what should i do if i cant make it?

Answer

If you can’t make it, please let us know ASAP so we can plan accordingly. And heads up — if you say yes and then don’t show up, there will be issues... just kidding (kind of). Seriously though, we want to celebrate with you, so please RSVP carefully. Thanks for helping us make the day perfect!
