Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids-we really do. However, we want our wedding to be your night off!

Can I bring a Date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we apologize for the inconvenience. The extra guest will not be allowed to attend the wedding events. Thank you for your understanding.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire, please. All of our events will be outdoors.

Question

How long should we stay at the resort?

Answer

You are more than welcome to take this time as your own personal vacation. We just ask that you please arrive on time for the wedding events on October 14th. The first event starts at 4 pm.

How long do I have to book for the discount to still apply?

Answer

You have until April 27th, 2022 to use our discount code for your personal rooms. Anything booked after April 27th will not be discounted.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Answer

Driving to the hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport.

Is it required to book at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa?

Answer

In order to attend the festivities, including the wedding ceremony and reception, it is required for our guests to stay at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa. The deposit equivalent to one night is due once booked. The full payments are due 45 days before your scheduled arrival.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be greatly missed, but if you won't be able to attend the wedding festivities please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "NO" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you.

What are the COVID-19 protocols?

Answer

In light of COVID-19, we wanted to let you know that your health and safety are our top priority. Masks are strongly recommended during our festivities. Before your departure it is required to take a covid test from the hotel in order to travel back to the U.S. or Canada. Based on your room/length of stay it could be free according to the resort. However, with some rooms the test are not waved and it will be a $35 fee for a rapid test. Upon arrival the resort will be able to assist you with your pricing for the covid test along with scheduling a test 24 hours before your departure.
