Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Pease RSVP no later than June 1st so we can arrange for enough seats, tables, food, etc. Thank you!

Question

Wedding attire?

Answer

We are requesting garden party formal for the wedding (florals, pastels, bright colors). We want our wedding to be a fun chance for us and our guests to dress up for the evening. We kindly ask that people refrain from jeans and loungewear. The ceremony and dinner will be on a lawn so take that into consideration when choosing shoes (heels should be fine, but I wouldn't recommend stiletto's).

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. It is recommended that you plan to arrive around 4:15 so you have enough time to find the venue, parking, and grab a seat for the ceremony. The venue will be open to guests starting at 4:00pm.

Question

Parking?

Answer

There is free parking for everyone. The venue will have some parking spots reserved for guests that need easily accessible parking. There is two different parking lots with one being very close to the venue (1 min walk) and then the overflow is down by the golf course and it is more of a 5 min walk on a paved path.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Kids are allowed at the wedding if listed on your invitation. When you go to RSVP you will have additional plus ones that can be added if your children have been included in the guest list

Question

Can I bring extra guests?

Answer

If your invitation does include a "plus one" then you are allowed to bring a guest of your choosing. However, if you invitation does not specifically mention a plus one then that means we cannot accommodate any additional guests due to the limited capacity of our vendors. When you go to rsvp there will be an option to add a guest if you have a plus one. If you decline a plus one when you first rsvp and then change your mind and want to add one then just let us know.

Question

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). We have hired professionals to capture every moment for us so you can be fully present during that time. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos/videos as you would like!

Question

Drinks?

Answer

Yes! We will have a bar serving wine, beer, and signature cocktails. It is an open bar so drinks are on us! We will also have non alcoholic options (water/lemonade).

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! There will be hors d'oeuvres after the ceremony during cocktail hour then dinner and dessert as well. Mucho Gusto will be catering dinner and it will be buffet style so you can create your own plate.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can head straight up to the deck for cocktail hour where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and drinks before dinner.

Question

Weather?

Answer

The middle of July tends to be very hot. We will be providing some parasols (little umbrellas) and hand fans for the ceremony since that is the only time when shade is not available. By the reception there will be shade on the upper deck and more and more shade as the sun sets.

Question

When does the reception end?

Answer

Due to local noise restrictions we have to turn the music for the reception off by 9:45pm. The reception officially ends at 10:00pm.

Question

Cards/Gifts?

Answer

There will be a place to put cards or gifts at the wedding however don't feel any pressure to bring anything at all. We are just happy to have your presence at the wedding.
