What do I wear?

Answer

The wedding dress code is formal attire. The ceremony will be indoors and the reception will be primarily outdoors. Sonoma County is relatively warm during the summer but can cool down at night. As a note, the ceremony will require those who are able to stand so wear some comfortable shoes!

How do I get to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony is only a few minutes from the hotel and uber accessible. If you would like to drive, there is plenty of parking at both the ceremony and reception venue. If you are staying at the Hyatt with the wedding party or simply prefer not to drive, there will be a roundtrip shuttle provided to the reception from the Hyatt. One bus will leave at 4:30 and a second at 4:50. If you want to grab the shuttle but aren't staying at the Hyatt, feel free to park at the Hyatt and catch the shuttle with us.

How do I get from the airport to Santa Rosa?

Answer

From Oakland and San Francisco airports there is a shuttle that runs and drops off at the Santa Rosa Fairgrounds. The schedule and rates are available at this website: https://airportexpressinc.com/schedule.php
