Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Women: Below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, or elevated skirts, pants, and tops. Men: Dress shirt and slacks; a tie or sports jacket is optional Avoid wearing: Jeans, shorts, tennis shoes, t-shirt/tank tops, flip flops.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Although it will be the beginning of fall, we are still in south/central Florida. Please prepare for the high to reach the mid-80s (°F) under partly cloudy skies, dropping to comfortable upper 60s at night.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place? Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will be taking place at the same venue, The Regent. If weather permits, the ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors open at 4:45 pm. Help us get the party started as scheduled and ensure that everyone is seated on time. Please account for traffic and/or accidents as late guests may miss the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event (aside from children a part of the wedding party) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15th, 2026. You can RSVP via the wedding website or confirm with either Alexea Morris, Sir'Darius Lomack, or Keewaju Morris.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet/allergies options?

Answer

We will try to accomodate any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions. A menu will be posted closer to the wedding date. Please communicate with either Alexea Morris, Sir'Darius Lomack, or Keewaju Morris.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our newlywed home. A link to our wedding registry can be found here
