The couple first met in middle school in Riverbank year of 2010. Christina was the awkward new, nerdy braces girl in town. Alex was the overachiever popular kid who always wanted to win at everything! They slowly became friends in middle school in their history class. They both challenged each other in academics at a young age both wanting to be better than the other. The couple were friends for so long and their love story happened so naturally over the years. In high school, they were track teammates for 3 years before their love story began. They shared childhood stories, snacks and had a teammate bonded like no other. Their third year into track they both realize around the same time, how much they have been in one anothers lives and knew it was more than just a friendship. Christina says Alex has always been her good friend before anything and she loves how good hearted, genuine and caring he is and loves that she had a best friend first. Alex says they really did grow up together and have been there for each other through it all: middle school, high school, college and all the in between. He looks forward to what the future has in store for them and loves his life with Christina. The couple think It's crazy to look back now and see what they accomplished together and individually the past decade; it just keeps getting better and better every year and it was something they truly never expected. The couple share two dogs and have already started their lives together for 3 years now in their home, they have been waiting to finally make it official and get married in front of their loved ones!
