If we handle your booking, we will automatically apply any discounts as they become available.
Flight
MCO is about 30–35 minutes from Walt Disney World. You can easily get to Disney via Uber, Lyft, or taxi. For groups of five or more, we have a recommended driver. Once on property, Disney offers complimentary transportation to all Disney Parks and Disney Springs. Uber/Lyft/taxis are readily available. Rental cars are not necessary.

You can’t go wrong with Disney’s All‑Star Resorts, and All‑Star Music is our favorite thanks to the Family Suite option. Accommodations include standard rooms with two beds and one bathroom, or Family Suites with three beds, two bathrooms, and a small kitchenette. Standard rooms start around $170 per night, and Family Suites start around $390, before any discounts. Discount codes have not been released yet for Winter, 2027.

Coronado Springs is one of our absolute favorite Moderate level resorts starting at $250 per night (before any discounts). The vibes are outstanding, from the pool to the restaurants with the resort grounds delivering a deluxe-level atmosphere. Some of our go‑to spots include dinner at Three Bridges Bar & Grill and cocktails at Dahlia Lounge or Rix Sports Bar & Grill. If you’re feeling adventurous, try the Blush & Blossom cocktail, it’s a standout! Discount codes have not been released yet for Winter, 2027.

Disney’s Old Key West offers everything from standard rooms with two beds and one bathroom to spacious multi‑room villas perfect for larger families. It’s a beloved runDisney weekend staple thanks to its Deluxe‑level comfort and beautifully relaxed atmosphere at decent prices. We love spending the day by the pool and then taking the scenic boat ride to Disney Springs for dinner in the evening. It’s one of the resort’s best perks! This resort is especially well‑suited for families who want to stay together in one space. While Old Key West does have multiple bus stops throughout the property, Alexa can help advise on the best building locations to minimize transportation time and make your stay even smoother.

The Grand Floridian will host the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on Saturday, January 30th. This is the most luxurious and convenient option for wedding weekend. Due to the premium pricing at this resort, Alexa highly recommends reaching out for assistance with booking to secure the best rate available.

If you are a Marriott Bonvoy Member, have Marriott points or get a discount through your employer this is a great option for our wedding weekend. If you have an American Express Platinum card you can utilize your fine hotel resort credit here as well. The Swan and Dolphin or Swan Reserve resorts are all in walking distance of Epcot. The Reserve is where our welcome dinner will be held.

Located just three miles from Disney, this option is great for larger groups traveling together. There will be no return shuttle service after the Fireworks Dessert party to this location.
