Kindly indicate whether you expect to join us for the Welcome Dinner on January 29th and our Wedding on January 30th. This early RSVP is not final; it simply helps us prepare for our destination wedding. Formal RSVPs with meal choices and allergy information will be collected in Fall 2026.
No part of our Wedding Day, including our Fireworks Dessert Party at Epcot on January 30th, requires a Disney park ticket. If you plan to visit any of the Disney Parks before or after the wedding, park admission will need to be purchased separately. If we are handling your travel we can add park tickets to your package easily!

Please dress sleek casual for our welcome event on January 29th. Please dress in formal attire for our wedding on January 30th. Please prepare with extra shoes or wear comfortable dress shoes for walking within Epcot for our Fireworks Dessert Party. All guests will be transported via Magic Carpet (bus) to Epcot at 6:15 pm where we will make the short walk to the France Pavilion's Terrace des Fleur for the Fireworks Party.
Please plan to arrive at the Grand Floridian Wedding Pavilion by 11:30 AM. Guests may use Uber or Lyft and select drop off for the Grand Floridian Wedding Pavilion. If you are feeling adventurous, use Disney Transportation by taking a Disney bus from your resort to Magic Kingdom and transferring to the Monorail or Boat with service to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and make the short walk from the lobby to the Pavilion. Please note if you choose the adventurous route please ensure your attire does not touch the ground and plan at least 60 minutes for travel time. At the end of the evening, guests staying at one of our recommended Walt Disney World resorts (Grand Floridian, Old Key West, Coronado Springs or All Star Music) will be transported back to their hotel following the EPCOT Fireworks Dessert Party. Guests staying at the Swan Reserve or Swan and Dolphin hotels will be able to make a short walk from Epcot to their hotel after the dessert party.
Please note our Fireworks Dessert Party is an additional event on our wedding day. When submitting your RSVP (in the fall) please base your decision on your interest to continue celebrating with us until 10 pm.
