Neptune Beach / Atlantic Beach
This is our absolute favorite place!! It is where The Seahorse Oceanfront Inn and Pete's Bar are located. Some of our favorites are: — Lemon Bar (for drinks on the water) — Poe's Tavern (if you love a good burger, this is your place) — The Grande (daily happy hour until 7pm) — Mezza Luna Ristorante (we got drinks & dinner here the night we got engaged🥹) — Sliders Oyster Bar (great patio vibes) These are just a few of our recommendations, this area is super walkable and has plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.
Ponte Vedra Beach
This is where the Hilton Garden Inn is located — it’s very close to being perfectly in between the Welcome Party and Wedding Party. For the golfers, we recommend checking out TPC Sawgrass, home of The Players Championship. There are also lots of nearby restaurants, shops, and spas to explore in Ponte Vedra.
St. Augustine
St. Augustine is just under an hour from Jacksonville Beach. If you venture over, we suggest checking out the St. Augustine Lighthouse, the Fort (Castillo de San Marcos National Monument), and exploring the Historic District.
