One of our favorite spots in Tampa! This historic building has been transformed into a vibrant food hall featuring local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and outdoor seating overlooking the Hillsborough River.
Bayshore Boulevard
Home to one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States, Bayshore offers incredible views of Tampa Bay and some of the city's most beautiful homes. A must-visit for a morning walk or run.
Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park
Consistently ranked among the top zoos in the country, Zoo Tampa is a fun option for families and animal lovers.
St. Pete Pier
This is where Alex proposed to Sydney and where they had their first date! A modern waterfront destination featuring restaurants, bars, walking paths, public art, and stunning views of Tampa Bay.
Sparkman Wharf
An outdoor waterfront destination with food vendors, drinks, live music, and great views. It's a fun place to spend an afternoon or evening downtown.
Tampa Bay Lightning
Catching a Lightning game is one of the best experiences in Tampa. Even if you don't buy tickets and just watch from Thunder Alley, the atmosphere is electric.
Hyde Park Village
Located just minutes from where we live, Hyde Park Village is filled with boutique shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and outdoor gathering spaces. It's one of Tampa's most charming neighborhoods.
The Florida Aquarium
One of the top-rated aquariums in the country and a great activity for families. Explore marine life native to Florida and beyond, including sharks, otters, sea turtles, and more.
St. Pete Beach
If you're extending your trip, St. Pete Beach is about 45 minutes from Tampa and is famous for its white sand beaches, turquoise water and relaxed beach-town atmosphere. If you prefer a smaller, less popular beach, check out Indian Rocks Beach.
Lettuce Lake Park
Lettuce Lake Park offers scenic boardwalks, peaceful walking trails, and a wildlife observation tower. Keep an eye out for native Florida wildlife including turtles, birds, alligators and even armadillos!

Tampa's historic district, known for its cigar-making heritage, brick streets, nightlife, restaurants, breweries, and unique local culture. It's a great place to explore Tampa's history and grab a drink or meal.
Tampa Theatre
A beautifully restored 1926 movie palace that hosts classic films, concerts, and special events. Even if you're not seeing a show, the building itself is worth visiting.
