Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal. It mostly means a dress shirt, no jeans and probably a tie. :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There's plenty of parking at the reception in the giant parking lot but less so at the ceremony. It's mostly street parking there.
