We're Getting Married

Alex and Sonja Met in 2010 at a track meet at Pottsville Area High School where they both attended. Alex had lost interest in the conversation he was part of and turned to another conversation involving Sonja and an acquaintance of his. Alex's award-winning pick up line was "Hey, I like books." Six months later they began dating, the rest is history.

Alex and Sonja got engaged on New Year's Day at their house-warming/new years eve bash about a minute after midnight in 2018 at their apartment in Saint Clair. While friends were trying to pop the champagne, Alex popped the question and Sonja said yes... just a little too quickly, but hey, after 7 years of dating you don't really need to think about the answer.
