If you're staying at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, you're in luck! Downtown Summerlin is just a short walk across the street and is one of our favorite places to spend an afternoon or evening together. With dozens of restaurants, local boutiques, coffee shops, and beautiful outdoor spaces, it's the perfect place to explore before or after the wedding. For us, this place is especially meaningful because our very first date was at Dave & Buster's. If you're in town on a Saturday morning, we also recommend checking out the Downtown Summerlin Farmers Market, It's a fun way to experience the local community before grabbing brunch or coffee. If you're looking for a memorable dinner during your stay, Echo & Rig is our favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas. From perfectly cooked steaks to an incredible atmosphere, it's become our go-to spot. One of the best parts is that Echo & Rig is located in Tivoli Village, one of Las Vegas' most charming outdoor shopping districts. Before or after dinner, take a stroll through the beautifully lit walkways, browse the local boutiques, or relax with a drink while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Just steps away you'll also find: The Cheesecake Factory for dessert Pinkbox Doughnuts for a late-night sweet treat Nevada Brew Works Our Recommendation: Make it a Friday evening outing. Enjoy dinner at Echo & Rig, wander through Tivoli Village under the lights, grab a doughnut from Pinkbox to end the night, or stop by Nevada Brew Works for a local craft beer. It's one of our favorite ways to spend an evening in Las Vegas, and we hope you'll enjoy it just as much.
