What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal cocktail. Think “nice enough for a night out, comfortable enough to dance.” No jeans, no flip flops but you don’t need a full tux either.

Can I bring my kids?

We'd love to have your family celebrate with us! If your invitation doesn't specifically include children, please reach out, we're happy to discuss it. We're simply working to keep our guest count at the level agreed with the venue.

Is there a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a gap between events. Our ceremony takes place at A Simple Affair, while our reception is hosted at the Wilson Residence, so you'll have travel time between the two locations. We'll share exact timing details on the website, but plan for a comfortable window to freshen up or enjoy a drink before joining us for the celebration.

Are phones okay during the ceremony?

We'd love for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so we kindly ask that you keep phones away. Our photographer will capture all the special moments, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to take photos and share memories during the reception.

What time should I actually show up?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the ceremony start time listed on your invitation. This gives you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get comfortable before we begin.

When you RSVP, please let us know if you or anyone in your party has allergies or dietary restrictions. We'll ensure our caterer is fully informed and prepared to accommodate everyone's needs.

Where should we park?

Answer

Upon arrival at the Wilson residence, you'll be greeted at the gate—simply let them know you're attending the Garza wedding reception. Follow the mapped route to the house, and you'll find complimentary valet parking available at the first left entrance. We recommend keeping your valet ticket handy, and gratuities for our staff are always appreciated.
