Yes! The ceremony and reception both take place at the Red Tail Lodge at Mountain Creek, which is next door to the Appalachian Hotel. You will not need transportation between wedding events!
The ceremony will be accessible by a short gondola ride. (3-minute trip to the top) The gondolas can accommodate groups of up to 6-8 guests comfortably and are roofed lifts that you can stand in. Please make Nicoletta aware if you can't stand that long, a chair may be placed for the trip to the mountain.
the R-word!! In the chance there is rain, the ceremony will be held indoors.
There will be Greek dances and traditions infused into our wedding, such as the "Kalamatiano" circle dance. If you wish to participate, here is a quick tutorial on how to dance. If you feel inclined, bring some dollar bills if you wish to participate in this tradition with us.
If you are flying into New Jersey for the wedding, we suggest flying into the Newark (EWR) Airport. This airport is about 1 hour South from The Appalachian Hotel. Rental cars and Uber/Lyfts are available at the airport.
