Flight

Fly into Cancun

There are lots of flights to Cancun. From Seattle, Alaska and Delta are the only direct flights. Alaska: Pro-companion pass. Con-it gets in at 9pm so you'll have to stay the night in Cancun. Delta: Gets you in at 4:30 so you can make the ferry that night! We suggest flying in Wednesday or Thursday (or earlier!) to mingle with everyone at the welcome dinner hosted by Oliver's parents! Another option is a red-eye which saves you a day wasted in travel and gets there in the morning! If you are short on time this may be the best option if you want to fly in on Friday so you can make the dinner. There is usually a stop in Texas or Mexico City depending where you are coming from. Pros of direct: shorter flight, no getting off the plane (sometimes) Cons: get there in the late afternoon, lose a day to travel and it will be dark on your way to the island.

This is where we will have the ceremony and the reception. It is open to family first so please reach out to us and we will reserve for you. We have the hotel blocked for 3 nights. A deposit of the first night is needed to save your room and you can reach them via email @ reservaciones@villascaracol.com or download whatsapp and message @ +52 1 984 875 2079. If you had a room last year you will have the same room reserved for this year so the hotel will just need your cc info to hold the room.

Travel Note

Holbox Express Ferry

Holbox express is the ferry and only way to get from Chiquila to Holbox as there are no cars allowed on the island. The ferry is a 20 minute ride and runs from 7:30am-9:30pm. $150 pesos/$8usd one way. Make sure you have pesos, they do take cards but always good to have cash if their machine isn't working!
