Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot and a golf cart shuttle for guests up to the venue at the Equestrian center.

Do I need a visa?

Answer

Laws are constantly changing but most UK travelers will need an ESTA (different from Visa) for entry into the U.S. as of December 2025. Please make sure you are using the official website when checking requirements or applying (https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/).

What is the best way to get around?

Answer

Southern California is car‑centric. Rideshare works well, but renting a car may be more convenient for longer stays. Aside from rideshare (Uber/Lyft), there's very limited public transportation.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Early October in Huntington Beach is typically warm during the day and cooler in the evenings. Expect sunshine, light coastal breezes, and very little chance of rain. Layers are helpful once the sun goes down.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please plan footwear and layers accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that guests attend with only the plus ones named on their invitation.

Do I need a plug adapter?

Answer

Yes. The United States uses Type A and Type B outlets with 120V. UK travelers will need an adapter.

Is the drinking age different?

Answer

Yes. The legal drinking and smoking age in California is 21.

Where can I get essentials?

Answer
