The ceremony starts at 2pm, so it is recommended that you try to arrive 15-20 minutes early, to ensure you have time to get from the parking lot to the event. If you arrive a little early, feel free to take a walk around the venue.
Instead of sending out paper RSVP's, we have decided to be environmentally conscious and take electronic RSVP. To confirm that you are able to attend please text, call, or email the bride or groom (email preferred): Paul: 360-953-0985; paulherkert@gmail.com Alexandrea: 360-749-0279; alexbarg19@gmail.com
Please RSVP by the end of March 2019. Even if you are unsure if you will make it, please give us a heads up (we want everyone to have plenty of food and drinks!)
If your invitation was addressed "and guest" then yes!
Yes there is off-street parking. There will be signage instructing guests where to park in a big lot next to the venue. There is also handicap parking available for those who require it.
We love kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We are requesting our wedding be a 16+ event. Please don't hesitate to ask Paul or Alex if you have any further questions.
We are hoping to be inclusive of everyone's dietary restrictions. If you have a specific allergy that we are unaware of, please let us know.
There is no specific dress code; garden party or casual wedding attire are welcome.
We do! These are listed under the travel section of the website. We've reccomended two in Oregon, one in Vancouver. These are of course just recommendations and if you have somewhere else in mind do not hesitate to stay there. We just want to see you there!
In short - yes. Wine and beer will be provided. There will be a cash bar if you would like to purchase additional drinks and there is an ATM on site.
