What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Please dress in polished elevated attire, cocktail dress, midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or dress shirts with slacks.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unless stated otherwise on your invitation, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list to those who know us very well.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 3:30 PM, we recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time.

What time is the shuttle service?

Answer

From Urbana Inn & Suites to The Kacena Farms: 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM From Kacena Farms to Urbana Inn & Suites: 10:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Is there parking available near the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot next to the venue available (be careful it is gravel). We will also have a van that will be able to transport you from Urbana Inns & Suites.

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be inside. (Weather dependent)

Are photos allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any phots or videos during the ceremony. Take as many photos as you'd like during the reception!
