Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dress of any length, jacket and slacks, or suit *The wedding and venue is completely outside, prepare accordingly (think sunglasses, sunblock, etc)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please notify us if you have any food or dietary restrictions. We are happy to accommodate them.

We love your kids, but we have decided to make our wedding adults-only (with the exception of immediate family)

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes, we have events all weekend. Please check the schedule tab for the most up to date information.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will provide transportation from Hood River to the wedding reception and back to Hood River to the after party. Location for pick up: Best Western Hotel (**tentative, TBD based on where most people are staying) Time: 2:45pm You are also welcome to drive to the venue as there is parking.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying in or around Hood River as this is where we will be having welcome drinks and after party. We recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible!
