Transportation from the airport to the W Hotel

We’ll be providing shuttle transportation from the airport to the hotel for all guests. If you haven’t shared your arrival time with us yet, please reach out so we can make sure you’re added to one of the many shuttles heading to the hotel. We want to make sure your ride is ready and waiting!

Shuttle from the W to the Ceremony

Shuttles will be provided to transport all guests to the wedding venue. The shuttles will begin picking everyone up promptly at 4:45 PM. Please plan to arrive at the venue ONLY by shuttle, as early arrivals will not be permitted inside. We’ll share detailed shuttle pick-up information with you as the date approaches!

Shuttle from the Reception to the W

Two shuttles will be available to take guests back to the hotel: one around 11:00 PM and another at the end of the event, around 1:00 AM. We’ll share more details as the date approaches.

Guests will need to arrange their own transportation from the hotel to the airport. You’re welcome to contact the W Hotel to inquire about their airport shuttle service.
