Hi everyone! If you are reading this, it's because we would love for you to join us for a post-wedding celebratory weekend. As all of you know, we are getting married in Tofino this coming summer. Our actual wedding in on (Thursday) June 1st, 2023, and only our parents will be in attendance. However, we will be in Tofino through June 5th -- surfing, hiking, eating lots of delicious food, and just generally having a wonderful time celebrating our wedding. Of course, we understand that life is busy and budgets aren't limitless; however, if a long-weekend in Tofino in June sounds like a holiday you would enjoy, we would absolutely love to have your company any time from June 2nd - 5th (inclusive). Of course, you're also welcome before the 2nd -- we'll just be busy getting married!

In the fall of 2015, Ali moved to London on a 2 year contract to help establish her employer's first international office. She moved on a Thursday. Friday morning, at 6:30 am, she joined a group of runners at Primrose Hill for a morning workout. It was her first day running in her new city, and, as it turns out, it was Tim's first day running ever. They had several opportunities to notice one other that day -- as Ali lapped Tim throughout the workout. Fortunately, they were both fine with that. :) Many post-workout coffees ensued; as did an increasing number of workouts together, motorcycle rides whenever Ali needed a lift, and a trip out of the city to sleep under the stars at a 13th century castle ruin. That Christmas, Tim decided to send Ali a letter, inviting her to his parents' home for New Years. Thank goodness, she accepted.
