Full Weekend Campout

Arrive Friday noon or later, camp onsite for the weekend (or commute as needed) and depart by 2pm on Sunday.

We will be onsite by noon Friday and will welcome guests who want to help us create a magical setting for our celebration. We invite your creativity! You can bring fun decor and lighting, outdoor games and activities, delicious foods and beverages to share. Please see "Full Weekend Campout" tab for detailed information.

Wedding Day

2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Arrival Time: 2pm Ceremony Time: 3:30pm Directions: The address is 8519 Pickards Meadow Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27516. When you turn right off Jo Mac Rd onto Pickards Meadow Rd, follow the signs to Sanctuary Farm and the Eco-Institute (this is the non-profit that does its work at Sanctuary Farm). Go under the overhead sign at the fork in the road (it becomes a gravel road). Parking is next to the renovated barn. Dress: Wedding dress is formal/semi formal. We invite you to wear gold or gold accessories! Be prepared to be outside, with grass-walkable shoes. There are shaded areas and limited indoor space. Drinks and appetizers will be provided after the ceremony, followed by a buffet dinner. Wine and beer provided. Dancing and revelry into the night!
