We met in January 2023 at Vimala's, an Indian restaurant in Chapel Hill. As we shared delicious masala and saag paneer and conversed about our kids and what matters most to each of us, a spark immediately caught. Since then we have danced and laughed together, hiked and adventured off the beaten paths, yoga'd and meditated together, and grown as individuals and as a couple. We love, respect and appreciate each other deeply, and we love each other's kids and the people closest to each of us. Mark even has a soft spot for the feisty cat. Meow! So here we are, excited to celebrate!
