COVID Updates. Insurances Is Needed!
Answer
Insurance is required when entering Costa Rica! When purchasing, or if you've already purchased your ticket through Kate, be sure to add insurance to your policy. This not only protect you in case of any additional changes to wedding dates, but is needed for Covid circumstances to enter Costa Rica. If you do not plan on purchasing insurance through Kate, you can contact your insurance provider and find out if there's any Out-Of-Country insurance policies you can add. There will also be insurance to purchase in Costa Rica airport upon arrival. More details to come about that. This is what Costa Rica requires your policy have in order to enter the country: ·$50,000 medical coverage that includes Covid-19 ·Coverage of $2,000 for the case of quarantine. ·Validity during your stay in the country. Covid Testing is required when flying back into United States. Dreams Resort does offer Covid testing for free

Yes. Please be mindful that the Dreams Las Mareas Resort is not located near other hotel options. Therefore, transportation and resort guest fees should be considered when making other accommodations. Resort Guest Fees: Full Day... $120 Half Day... $85 Wedding Pass... $90

What is weather like in Guanacaste, Costa Rica

Dec-April is considered dry season. Prepare for lower humidity levels, but temperatures that often soar into the 90s during Costa Rica's dry months. That said, rain is in the forecast throughout our stay. Please plan accordingly!
