What are the current guidelines related to COVID-19?

Answer

As of August 12, the city of Philadelphia has re-implemented a mask mandate for all businesses and indoor events. Guests must enter and exit the venue with a mask. Masks are not required to be worn while eating or drinking.

Is there parking offered at the venue?

Answer

Valet parking is offered, complementary to all guests. You will need to drive on Locust street to meet the valet drivers.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a trolley for guests staying at The Loews to get to the ceremony. The trolley will also take guests back to the hotel at the end of the reception.

What are the plans for the after party?

Answer

We plan to continue the party right next door at The Cambria hotel bar, located in the lobby!

What does “Black Tie Optional” mean?

Answer

Black tie optional simply implies that the dress code is formal, with the option for men to wear a tux if they should choose to do so. It is not expected or required!

Have the room block rates changed from last year?

Answer

Nope! Both Cambria and Loews honored our original room rate.

Is the information on the travel section up to date for the new wedding date?

Answer

Yes! There is a new room block code for Cambria as well as a new link for the Loews. You can either call and reference the wedding block code or our names, or follow the links posted on the travel page to book online!

When is the Bridal Shower?

Answer

Right now, Alexandra’s shower is scheduled for Sunday, April 18, 2021. We are continuing to monitor the situation with COVID-19, and will abide by all guidelines set forth by the state of NJ.
