Question

Wedding date information change

Answer

We have decided after much though that it would be best to postpone our wedding until next year of 2021, due to Covid-19 and shelter in place regulations. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in regards to your travel plans. If you have already RSVP’d, you should be able to change it next year, if needed— otherwise you can leave your response as is! Please reach out if you have any issues. And thank you dearly for those who have already purchased us gifts, we so appreciate the generosity and there will be no need to repurchase something for next year.

Question

Info on our venue

Answer

Our venue is called Fireseed on Whidbey Island, WA. It's an outdoor venue owned by a husband and wife, Dave and Dawn Noble, who met in culinary school and cater/host the entire event! They live on the property and grow a majority of the food you will be enjoying! We are in love with the property and can't wait to share it with all of you. Feel free to view their website for more info: http://fireseedcatering.com.

Question

How do I get to Whidbey Island?

Answer

Please refer to "Ferry Information" on "Travel" page for all inquiries about how to get onto the island. Additionally you may book a flight to the island from Sea-Tac. Info on flights can also be found on "Travel" page under "Sea-Tac" and "Paine Field."

Question

What area should I stay in on the Island?

Answer

For your convenience, please try to stay on South Whidbey between Clinton-Langley-Freeland. Ideally stay closest to Langley which is the main "town" on the south part of the island. Our venue is located just south of Langley (about a ten minute drive).

Question

How should I dress?

Answer

This is a garden wedding so please wear shoes that are suitable for walking on a lawn. It is a semi-formal event, black tie is not required. Please wear what makes you feel comfortable and happy!
