All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you "and date", you are welcome to bring a date. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to attend unaccompanied. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate our closest family and friends. We thank you for understanding!
While we love your little ones, this will be an adult only celebration! We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.
Our venue has free on-site parking. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if need be but it must be picked up by 9am the next day.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you--get ready to party!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors. While the reception is hosted inside. There will be a designated area to be able to catch some fresh air during the reception and a separate area for the smokers.
The bar last call will be @10:30pm and close at 10:45pm. The venue closes @11pm.
If you do not RSVP, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. If you were to show up, there will be no seats for you. Make sure you RSVP before the deadline!
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and creams.
Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "no". If you have already RSVP'd that you will be attending but can no longer make it, please notify us as soon as possible. This is to avoid empty seats that can possibly be filled with those that are waiting for an extra spot.
We will have two photographers during the ceremony. Due to this, we can not guarantee that you will be able to sit down immediately. The venue manager will try her best to take you to your seat but if unable, you will have to wait to join everyone else during cocktail hour. Please arrive before 4pm to avoid any interruptions as this venue has a beautiful pathway to the ceremony that we'd love for out guest to enjoy.
