Upon accepting a management position at the Lapeer Buffalo Wild Wings where Alley served, Russell was eager at the start of his management career. It was love at first handshake that Tuesday afternoon which seems like yesterday. Him way more interested to start, it did take a couple times of him asking to get her number before she gave it to him. A Thomas Rhett concert that we both didn't know we were going to was the start of our love story. Top golf together with her family was where we all hit it off. I knew from then this was our forever. Long distance after Alley moved to Detroit to pursue her degree and soon after that our first place in Auburn Hills. We enjoyed trying our new restaurants together, shopping, getting to know one another. The rest is history.

The most romantic rooftop proposal ever and still our most special memory together. What Alley thought was an elegant dinner party with her friends, turned into our engagement party. Alley and her friends were picked up where a note had been left for them to drive safe and have a fun night. Upon arrival at The Monarch Club in Detroit, Russell and photographer were waiting for them to arrive. Fresh flowers, a red carpet, and a nervous Russell later they arrived and she said "YES"! The couple enjoyed an hour of photos together before the real surprise came in. Our closest friends and family got to celebrate with us. Amazing appetizers, espresso martinis, and an awesome sunset overlooking Detroit. A great way to celebrate our 4 year Anniversary. We can't wait to enjoy dinner back at the Monarch Club each year.
