Not to miss!!! The only collection of umbrella covers in the world! Ask Nancy 3 to perform her theme song. We highly recommend stopping in after arriving on the island before the ceremony!

Great spot for coffee and sandwiches near the ferry, Church, and venue. Grab a late breakfast or early lunch here on the day of the wedding and explore the island before the ceremony!
Fort Williams Park
Home to The Portland Headlight, commissioned during the Revolutionary War! Go for a walk along the cliffs, check out some old war forts, play on the playground... grab pizza at Willows and have a picnic!
Standard Baking Co
Great bread and pastries. Stop for a light breakfast or snack and coffee before getting on the ferry (across the street from the terminal!). Lengyel family favorite is the sticky bun with walnuts.
Tandem Coffee and Bakery
Al's (and Bon Appetite Magazine's) favorite coffee in Portland. Go for a light breakfast and order the loaded biscuit or cinnamon roll.
Willows Pizza & Restaurant
Al's Dads restaurant!! Across the bridge from downtown in South Portland. Delicious pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salad in a family friendly environment. Check out all of the local beers on tap at the bar!
Street & Co
An upscale Portland classic located on an old cobblestone road a block away from the waterfront. Great for couples or smaller parties. Al's go to order is the clams appetizer and a salad or the clam pasta, a bottle of wine, and lots of bread!! Make a reservation ahead of time or put your name on the list and go get a drink next door at Mash Tun.
Flatbread Company
Wood fired pizza on the waterfront. Great spot for a large group with a reservation. Don't miss the house salad and make sure to ask about the seasonal pizzas!
Duckfat
Amazing fries and milkshakes (and some more substantial food items as well!). Very popular spot so try to go between traditional meal times... or check out their Frites Shack at Oxbow Brewing and get some good beer at the same time!
