Some recommendations of things to do in & around Peebles, in Edinburgh, and in the Scottish Highlands - we would highly recommend spending a couple days up there if you're traveling to Scotland for the first time!

One of Scotland's top mountain bike centers with tons of trails of all levels and affordable bike rentals. Just outside of Peebles!

Just walking around the streets of Edinburgh old town is magical. There are so many incredible small shops, and pubs - many in small medieval alleyways. We highly recommend spending at least a day here!
