Built in 1877, this ivory estate was home to 13 of California's governors and their families until Ronald Regan in 1967. Unfortunately, it is being renovated and is closed to the public, however you can still appreciate its exterior. Just a block to two from the Sterling Hotel and might be fun to walk by.
