We met while working as nurses—surviving night shifts & and sneaking in breakfast dates after work (because nothing is better than pancakes and green tea shots at 7 a.m.) Our love really started to grow at Myrtle Beach, where we had our first date parasailing & got to know each other while laying on the beach from sunrise to sunset. Since then, life together has been one big adventure. We’ve traveled coast to coast in search of the best bites—authentic tacos in San Diego, “lobstah” rolls in Boston—and we’re always down to try a new brewery, bottle of wine, or local favorite (Pro tip: if the menu reads GF, it means Good Food!) We love taking on each other’s hobbies, like gardening mid summer at 2pm or waking up at the crack of dawn for a round of golf! We also never turn down a chance to compete, whether it’s pickleball, Catan, or even Mario Kart (warning: things may get intense). Hiking in Acadia with our dog Molly has become one of our favorite memories, but nothing makes us happier than laying by his parents’ pool on a sunny day with our books (and probably reggae music in the background) Our engagement happened at the summit of Mount Snow, Vermont where our photographer practically risked his life to get the best pictures (thank goodness ski patrol exists!)
