Yes, however we do ask that parents attend to their children's needs to ensure a softer setting.
Metro is your best friend! The venue is 1 block from the Eastern Market metro station (blue/orange/silver lines). There is limited parking by the venue. Lyft and Uber are also great ways to get to and from the venue, especially if a group is coming and going to the same hotel.
We do not have a formal registry, however, if you would like to contribute monetarily as we are new homeowners we appreciate the generosity. We also have a new home wishlist on Amazon that can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/dl/invite/g4mQ8Ma?ref_=wl_share
Yes please! We are mindful of your dietary needs and allergies-please indicate to myself or Alex any dietary restrictions or allergies by September 15th of your needs.
The private ceremony will be at 4pm, but there will be an outdoor cocktail reception to start beginning right at 5pm. We ask that you be at the venue no later than 5:30pm as we anticipate the official entrance to be at 5:45pm.
Please RSVP by September 15th
We ask that you are comfortable in how you dress and prepare for the ceremony. This is not the most formal event (there will be a pig roast and pierogis at some point); but we do want this to be a little more formal than our day back in 2018! Semi-formal or cocktail attire is encouraged.
The Capitol Hill Hotel is always reliable-it is close to the Capitol South metro station (2 blocks), and is right on the Hill! It is close to many restaurants, coffee shop options, 3 metro stops from the Smithsonians, 1 metro stop from the venue. Additionally, the Kimpton George Hotel is located downtown and is close to multiple metro stops, fine dining, and is about a 10-15 min drive from the venue.
