Where should we stay?

Answer

The host hotel will be at the Wailea Beach Resort (owned by Marriott), and we secured a 40% saving by using this link https://book.passkey.com/go/korolevaandlloyd. Of course you are also welcome to shop around and stay wherever you feel most comfortable. If you have any trouble finding available rooms, please email mary.osorno@waileabeachresort.com. She will be able to help. Feel free to text Alex too (317-645-5623) as he is coordinating with the hotel.

What is the attire?

This is Hawaii, so think island formal attire.

How long should we stay for?

Answer

That's up to you! We are staying for close to two weeks to enjoy Hawaii and relax after the wedding. You're welcome to use the 40% off booking link to stay for longer; if we need to add dates to our room block, the hotel's concierge can help!

Where is the actual wedding located?

Answer

At the Four Seasons Maui Hotel in Kihei.

Wait, isn't that where they filmed White Lotus season 1?

Answer

Yes! You'll recognize all sorts of locations from White Lotus as the entire first season was filmed in the Four Seasons.

What time should we arrive at the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm, so feel free to start arriving around 4pm or so.

When does the wedding end?

Answer

Hawaiian law means we need to turn the music off at 10pm. We'll then migrate to the Four Seasons hotel bar, and perhaps even down to the beach to keep the party going!

Is it an outdoor wedding?

Answer

Yes, this is Hawaii! It can be pretty warm in August (expect temps of around 80 degrees), but it'll cool off nicely during the evening.

Will there be a pre-wedding event?

Answer

This is still TBD. We will likely plan an informal get together the day before the wedding, likely at the beach or perhaps a cabana or two at the Wailea Beach Resort. We'll communicate more details nearer the time.

The main thing we want is for you to have fun, relax, enjoy as much time on the island as you like, and for us all to celebrate together. We're so thankful to have you make the trip out — we know it's not easy (or cheap)! We can't wait to spend this time with you.
