Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Our hotel block is at The Harbor Front Inn located in Greenport, NY. Please see our "Travel" tab for more information and instructions on how to book.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be at Raphael Vineyard in Peconic, New York. Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitted) and our reception will be indoors.

What time should i arrive?

Answer

We will have welcome drinks beginning at 3:30 pm. Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for seating and/or parking.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please wear formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. Dress for an outdoor ceremony - weather permitting! *For those who wish to refrain from matching the wedding party colors, they will be wearing black dresses & black tux’s*

Can I bring my children?

We love your children, but this will be an adults only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a date night or as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue. If you are planning to use Uber/Lyft, we recommend scheduling a car in advance as there might be a limited amount of ride share cars on the North Fork at 11:00pm.
