Maid of Honor
Clare and I met at twelve years old through club volleyball. From there Clare and I went to high school together and were pretty much inseparable. From our memories on the volleyball court to drives with the homemade CDs blasting in the speakers, Clare has been my partner in crime and one of my best support systems. Don't know what I would do without you Clarey!
Best Man
Logan and I became friends through our love of the game of baseball, which we played together throughout high school. I will always cherish the times we spent hitting at Simley's field or in the cages in the middle school gym and lifting together in the weight room. The summers playing Legion ball with you and your bother Michael or our trip to Omaha for the CWS are some of my fondest memories. Your family has always been so kind and welcoming to me, and for that I am truly grateful. Love you, brother!
Sister of Honor
My baby sister Brooke, is a firecracker if I've ever met one! I can always count on her to give me her honest opinion even when it is hard to hear. I admire her for her passion and dedication to everything she does. Brooke has been a blessing in my life since the day she was born and I am so excited to have her by my side for the big day! Love you Blooke! (Brooke once misspelled her name in kindergarten and it has been a running joke ever since to call her Blooke)
Groomsman
Christian is my little brother and I usually call him Buddy. I would categorize him as the entertainer in the family. Christian always manages to make the people around him smile and laugh, usually through a joke at the expense of one of us. I have so many fun memories with you Buddy, from secret missions into the kitchen to sneak extra dessert to zip-lining across the Royal Gorge. There is truly never a dull moment with you. Love you, Buddy!
Bridesmaid
Ahh my older sister Maddie, what can I say about her. She is one of the bravest, most adventurous, and strongest people I know. I miss her a lot because she lives on the other side of the world in Thailand, which is absolutely crazy! But I am so proud of her for doing what makes her happy. I am so thankful to have her as a sister. Love you, Madz!
Groomsman
Nick is my cousin. I have always enjoyed the time we spend together, and I love being able to see him on holidays. I will always remember the memories we made together, whether that be our trip to Boston to visit Maddie, getting overly into the game of spoons, tossing the frisbee at the campground in Itasca, or ganging up on Maddie with your brother Jon (all in good fun). Love you, man!
Bridesmaid
Ava is my cousin and was born when I was about nine. We have had so much fun together and I can't believe how much you have grown! You are truly a lovely young lady. I can’t believe you’re almost in high school. I can’t wait to see all the things you are going to accomplish! Thanks for being a part of my day! Love you Ava!
Groomsman
Jon is my cousin. He has always been there for me. I truly love spending time with him, and the times we have are some of my favorites, including my trip to Vegas with my mom to visit him, going to his rink to skate, hanging out with Tyler and Ally (our cousins), and ganging up on Maddie with Nick (we do this a lot). Love you, cuz!
Bridesmaid
Lauren and I played volleyball together at Augie and it did not take me long to realize Lauren is the life of the party. She is one of the funniest people I know, not that you didn't know that already, Lauren. She may or may not have acted as a "marriage counselor" for me on multiple occasions and listens to my complaining no matter how early or late it may be. Thanks for being such a great friend and helping us celebrate our big day!
Groomsman
I was teammates and roommates with Ryan throughout all of college at Augie. He was wonderfully low maintenance as a roommate and handled my sometimes annoying traits pretty well. I will always laugh when I think about the videos you took of me freshman year in your "Mess with Barry" saga. And your sophomore year "gag gift" was also very clever and funny. Thanks for always being understanding and a good friend. Love ya, Helge!
Bridesmaid
Mac and I met in grade school as we would play against each other in basketball. It was always very intense when we played each other. My team would win some. Her team would almost win others. It wasn't until high school that I realized Mac wasn't as bad as I once thought. All kidding aside, Mac has been a truly great friend for many years. She has a way to always lighten the mood and puts everyone's needs before her own. I am so glad to have you around!
Groomsman
Derek was my teammate and roommate in college. We spent loads of time together as roomies. I will never forgot the memories we share, including Helge, you, and I being the only baseball players in Solberg dorms freshman year, your roommate Mason, your taking me down in the hallway of the dorms, and playing Catan for hours and hours on the weekends. Thanks for always being there. Love ya, bud!
Bridesmaid
Amanda is the busiest person I know. Anyone that knows her knows that at any given time she has 75 commitments and will continue to volunteer for more. But what is so great about Amanda is she always prioritizes her family and friends. With the little free time she does have she will make sure to give you a call or grab sushi with you when she is in town. Manda you will always be a dear friend no matter how many miles separate us, but Omaha would welcome you back with open arms! Thank you for taking the time and the trip to celebrate with us!
Groomsman
Jonas and I were teammates and roommates in our house "The Shire" in college. Some of my favorite memories with him are when I would come over to his dorm almost every night of the first semester to "do homework" but end up getting nothing done, or the all-nighter we pulled before the freshman year religion final. Also, we would sometimes get in some pretty heated arguments, but we would always forgive each other and hug it out. Thanks for being a great friend. Love ya, Nus!
Personal Attendant
Tahlyr and I met in seventh grade through volleyball. We were at a volleyball tournament sitting in the stands when Tahlyr walked up to me and said, "Do you want to play with me?' Since then our friendship has blossomed into trips abroad wondering if we were going to have to sleep outside our apartment and laughing hysterically for hours on end. Our sense of humor together seems to be something that others don't understand and sometimes find "annoying." Thanks for celebrating with us Tah and can't wait to see you tear up the dance floor!
